# User stake

User stake is designed to show the user his income on a monthly and annual basis.

Let's analyze it in detail:

* TVL, BRIDGE - Shows the total number of BRIDGE tokens frozen.
* Frozen stake, BRIDGE - Shows the total number of frozen BRIDGE tokens in Relayers.
* 30d reward, BRIDGE - Shows the amount of rewards received during the month.
* Average APR **-** The amount of rewards received per year.
