# リディーム方法

まず、ステーキングインターフェイスの［**自分のステーク**］項目に移動し、「**自分のステーキング残高**」項目を確認し、［**リディーム**］機能を選択します。

**数量**欄で、引き出したいトークンの数を指定します。引き出し可能な数量を全て指定するには、［**最大**］をクリックします。

数量を指定した後、［**リディーム**］をクリックします。

次に、EVERウォレットで全ての操作を確定させます。なお、ガス手数料の支払いに11.5 EVERが必要ですが、そのほとんどはトランザクション完了時に返還されます。

あとは操作が完了するまで少し待つと、BRIDGEトークンがお客様のEVERウォレットに入ります。
